Credit Card Payment Instructions
 E-mail is fine for sending in your book request and shipping address.  When paying by debit or credit-card, telephoning, faxing or mailing in your card number are the main options.  While the transmission of credit card information over the Internet is not encouraged, some feel comfortable in dividing their card number between multiple e-mail messages.

E-mail your order to the Order Desk and call 1 (877) 453-9293 (toll-free phone/fax) with your credit-card info.  Please include your full name, address, and preferred method of shipment (Surface or Air) in the body of your message.
